She went on to star in two television pilots: Feed Me for NBC, in which she co-starred with Mary-Louise Parker, and Salem Rogers for Amazon, in which she co-starred with Leslie Bibb. She also appeared in the Ugly Betty episode titled Bad Amanda. America Ferrera starred in the ABC series.
In 2015, Olagundoye was cast as Hayley Shipton in the ABC comedy-drama Castle as a series regular. In 2019, Olagundoye had a recurring role as Senator Kemi Talbot on the last season of Veep.
