Anna Silk was born in 1974, on January 31. She was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk (Father) and IIkay Silk (Mother). Anna’s father works as an academic, and her mother IIkay was a prominent actress, director, playwright, educator, and producer.
Anna’s mother was also a Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her mother belongs to a Turkish-Cypriot-English ex-pat, and her father belongs to British. Silk has also play rehearsals and watch her mother work during childhood. In the beginning, she has work in a theater that includes at least two productions with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen.
