Sally Hawkins was born on 27 April 1976 as Sally Cecilia Hawkins. She was born in Dulwich, London as the daughter of Jacqui Hawkins and Colin Hawkins. They both are authors and illustrators of children’s books and have written more than 150 books together. Both Hawkins’s parents are of Irish ancestry. She has one brother named Finbar Hawkins, who works as a film producer.
