John David Washington was born to parents Pauletta Washington and Denzel Washington on July 28, 1984, in Toluca Lake in LA. His father is an actor, and his mother is an actress and a singer. He has three siblings, and he is the oldest of the four. He completed his high school education from Campbell Hall School, where he was in the school football, basketball, and track team. He went to Morehouse College after high school and graduated in 2006.
