Early Life
Mary Elle Fanning was born to Heather Joy and Steven J. Fanning on 9th April 1998 in Conyers. She has an elder sister, Dakota Fanning; also, an actress. Her father used to play professional baseball and works as an electronic salesman as of now while her mother used to play professional tennis. She was just three when she started her career in acting. She played the younger role of her sister Dakota’s character in “Taken” and the comedy-drama “I am Sam.”

After playing the younger self of her sister Dakota’s character, Allie Keys, in the 2002 sci-fi miniseries “Taken” for the episode “Charlie and Lisa,” she featured as Rochelle Cobbs in “Judging Amy” in 2003. She featured in the episode “Maxine Interrupted.” The same, year she made a brief appearance in the police drama “C.S.I.: Miami” as Molly Walker for the episode “Death Grip.”
