Early Life
Ashley Greene was born to Michele and Joe Green on 21st February 1987 in Jacksonville as the second child of the couple; has an older brother. Her father Joe was a former US marine and now owns a concrete business while her mother works in insurance. She wanted to be a model, but, she was told that she wasn’t tall enough to be a fashion model.
She previously attended University Christian School but later transferred to Wolfson High School at tenth grade. She completed her high school studies from Wolfson High School and later moved to Los Angeles at age seventeen to pursue a career in acting.

Ashley Greene made her first appearance in television as an actor in the 2006 crime drama “Crossing Jordan” as Ann Rappaport in the episode “The Elephant in the Room”. The same year, she was also a part of the sketch comedy show “Mad TV” in the role of Amber. She also portrayed Renata in the telenovela “Desire” for seven episodes in 2006.
She was not active in television in 2007 and made a TV appearance in 2008 as Natalie Faber in the legal drama “Shark” for the episode “Partners in Crime”. From 2011 to 2012 she was featured as Amanda Mason in the period drama “Pan Am” for five episodes of the show. She was also featured in “Americana” as Alice Garano in 2012.
