Early life
Will Swenson was born on 26th October of 1972 in Utah’s largest city called Provo. His parents’ names are not known yet, but we know that he has a younger brother named Robert Swenson. The famous American playwright and actress Ruth Hale is his grandmother, whereas his grandfather is a theatre founder Nathan Hale. As a child, he grew up traveling to different places and was raised in a Christian family.
Swenson graduated from Brigham Young University in Utah. He then served as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints missionary, but he left serving in 2008.

His off-Broadway plays include Adrift in Macao, The Slug Bearers of Kayrol Island, Hair, Rock of Ages, Murder Ballad, Little Miss Sunshine, jerry Springer – The opera, and others.
His Broadway plays include 110 in the Shade, Hair, Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, Les Miserables, Waitress, etc. For his performance in the play Hair as Berger, he earned Tony Award and Drama Desk Award nomination in 2009.

Will Swenson made his film debut in the short film Treasure Chest in 1996, where he portrayed Thor’s character. In 2002, he made his appearance in the romantic comedy film The Singles Ward, where he appeared as Jonathan Jordan. After years, he continued making small appearances in Kurt Hale’s comedy film The R.M. as Kori Swenson.
In 2004, he played a major role in the film Sons of Provo, which he wrote and directed himself.
