He was born as the eldest child and only son of Father Stanley Tucci Senior and Joan (nee Tropiano); Stanley Tucci was born on November 11, 1960. Stanley was born in Peekskill, New York. Stanley spent his childhood and grew up in Bedford, Westchester Country, New York. He has two younger sisters Christine Tucci and Gina Tucci. Christine is an actress, and Gina is an artist. Stanley’s father was a teacher in Horace Greeley High School located in Chappaqua, New York, and his mother was a secretary and a writer. 

Because of both of Stanley’s parents’ Italian ancestry, the Tucci family spent a year in Florence, Italy, during the 1970s. Tucci completed his high school at John Jay High School in Cross River and received his degree in acting from the State University of New York in 1982.
