Sammi Giancola Confirms Split from Fiancé Christian Biscardi, Says She’s Single and Happy

Sammi Giancola, known to her fans as one of the eight main casts of the American reality series ‘Jersey Shore,’ has decided to part ways with her fiancé Christian Biscardi.
Also known as Sammi Sweetheart, the 34-year-old TV personality confirmed the split with her fiance via a Q&A video she posted on the social media platform Tiktok on Monday.

The footage in question showed Sammi Giancola performing the now-viral Chopping Dance as questions and answers related to her life flashed on the screen. An exciting and casual way of informing your fanbase about your life events, one would say.
“Are you single?” one caption read, to which Giancola responded, “Yes.”
“Are you happy?’ was the next question, to which she said, “YESSS!”
Generating a series of questions and curiosity on the minds of her followers and various magazines, Biscardi has since not released any statements and has also denied the PEOPLE magazine’s request for comments on the said topic.
Almost married
Sammi Giancola and Biscardi started dating in 2017 and got engaged two years ago in 2019. Although it was said that they had plans to get wed in 2020, their plans were apparently postponed by the COVID-19 pandemic, a report on US Weekly reported.
Early online speculations about the couple’s possible split had surfaced a few months ago when both Giancola and Biscardi unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Wiping away the past
Biscardi, now 31, has apparently deleted all photos he had with Giancola from the past few years from his Instagram account. However, Giancola has the last photo with him posted on January 2020 still on her account. So it may have slipped her mind, or she hasn’t found the time to scroll past her own feed to pluck dead weeds.
Sammi Giancola herself had further fueled the breakup rumors last June when she appeared at the grand opening of her new boutique, ‘Sweetheart Coast,’ in Ocean City, New Jersey, without her engagement ring.
In her latest TikTok video, she also mentioned that she had no plans to join the Jersey Shore Family Vacation. However, when asked if she’d ever join the MTV reboot of the hit show, she replied with a simple “NO.”
Relationship over Career
Back in 2018, Sammi Giancola had cited that her romance with Biscardi was one of the reasons for skipping the show. “I have chosen not to join the show this season because I am at a completely different place in my life right now focusing on my businesses and my relationship.”, she had said in an Instagram post.
“However, it was a difficult decision as I love my roomies. I’ve decided to focus on me, my future, and what truly makes me happy,” she said. “I will forever be grateful to Jersey Shore and everything it has brought to me! I’ve just decided to live my life for me these days.”, she added, ending all hopes for her fans to see her back in the show.
Subtle hints were dropped.
Sammi Giancola was also spotted without her engagement ring in an Instagram video she had released with a tanning mousse company. However, while the 34-year-old reality star was quick to answer fans’ questions about the product, she dodged all questions asked about her relationship status.
“I am not the same as I was when I was 22. However, I am currently pleased in every aspect of my life and want to avoid potentially toxic situations,” said Giancola in a recent statement.
