Noree Victoria was born in 1981, on June 10. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. She was always fond of creative writing. She completed her very first imaginative children’s stories book at the very young age of seven. Noree Victoria has requested her school to let her skip the senior year of high school and formally embark on her creative studies in college at 16. She then got permission and got enrolled at the University Of Maryland, Baltimore Country.
She then majored in Creative Writing, Biology, and African studies. After college, she began teaching Biology to 9 graders in Baltimore City, and she completed her graduate studies at Towson University. Noree then graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Applied Information Technology as a 4.0 GPA holder.
Victoria received the position of Financial Analyst in Black and Decker Corporation.
