Mitch Lucker began his music career in 2007 from the album Suicide silence named The Cleansing. The Cleansing was the biggest selling Century Media releases. The song sold 7,250 copies in the first week. The band released its second album on June 30, 2009, whose name was No Time to Bleed. The last album in which Lucker appeared was The Black Crown which was released on July 12, 2011.
In an interview, Lucker revealed there were several bands that influenced him to begin a band such as ‘Korn, Deftones, Slayer, slipknot, Sepultura, Pantera, etc., and also other songs which his father brought home for him and his brother to listen to.

Mitch was famous for many reason and one of them was the tattoos he had on his body. He had large sets of tattoos on his body that covered his arms, torso, neck/throat, hands, fingers, and even in his face. He only refused to get tattoos was on his back and the reason for it was he believe tattoos being an artwork that needed to be seen and having tattoos on the back meant like owing an expensive painting which we could never see.
Lucker had tattoos on his fingers which was original ‘FORXEVER’. It is the common word used within straight edge communities. Later on, he covered these tattoos covered with black bars. He did it after announcing his straight-edge lifestyle.

How did Mitch Lucker die?
Mitch Lucker died in a motorcycle accident. It was November 1, 2012, when he left this world. The accident occurred in Huntington Beach, California. He was announced dead by the Orange Country Coroners’ office at 6.17 a.m. that morning. The report says he had an accident after 9 pm at night on October 31 and was declared dead on November 1, 2012. He died at the age of 28.
The reason for his death was alcoholism. His wife spoke about his addiction to alcohol. She even said that she begged him not to leave the house that day and even tried to stop him. She said Mitch was an amazing person and a wonderful father and a great husband.
After the untimely demise of Mitch Lucker, his Suicide silence bandmates held a memorial show on December 21, 2012. The name of the memorial show was “Ending is the Beginning.” The memorial took place at the Fox Theater in Pomona, California. The memorial was held for the sole purpose of benefitting Lucker’s daughter and her education cost. The band released the trailer of this memorial on December 16, 2013. They even started the Kenadee Lucker Education Fund and have even continued to promote donations to her. This show was released on CD/, DVD, and Blue-ray on February 18, 2014.
