Early Life
Jackson Rathbone was born to Randee Lynn and Monroe Jackson Rathbone IV on 14th December 1984 in Singapore as Monroe Jackson Rathbone V. His father worked at Mobil Oil because of his which he has lived in Norway, Singapore, Indonesia, and later settled in Texas. He was part of local productions during his school years. He is the descendant of the Rathbone Family of Liverpool.
Before attending Interlochen Arts Academy, he studied at Trinity School, where he completed his high school studies and majored in acting. He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting after being rejected by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Jackson Rathbone started his television journey from Disney 411, where he used to take interviews of upcoming personalities. He was featured as a guest actor in “Close to Home” as Scott Fields for the episode “Romeo and Juliet Murders” in 2005. The same year, he was one of the main casts in the drama series “Beautiful People” as Nicholas Fiske. He had confirmed the role being difficult as it was his first time in main casts, in a 2008 interview.
He was then seen as Justin Edwards for two episodes of “The O.C.” in 2006 and was Dylan for two episodes of “The War at Home” in 2007. He was also part of the 2009 crime drama “Criminal Minds” in the role of Adam Jackson for the episode “Conflicted”. His next television appearance was in 2010 for “No Ordinary Family” as Trent Stafford. Rathbone was also featured in “White Collar” as Nate Osbourne and Jesse James for “NTSF: SD: SUV::” in 2013.
His next appearance was as Jared Peters in twelve episodes of “Finding Carter” in 2015. He was last seen in television at “The Last Ship” in Giorgio’s role for eight episodes of the show. In 2008, he was featured as Snippy for the Direct-to-video film “Senior Skip Day” and took the role of Jasper Hale in the romantic fantasy “Twilight“. For Eclipse, he won the parody “Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Supporting Actor”. He was again nominated for the parody awards for Sokka’s role in “The Last Airbender”; he shared the nomination with the “Last Airbender” cast.
He, for the 3rd/4th time, reprised his role of Jasper Hale in the other sequel of “Twilight”; “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” and “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2” in 2011 and 2012.
