Amanda Seyfried was born on 3rd December 1985 in the city called Allentown of Pennsylvania state in the United States. Thus, she holds citizenship in the U.S. and belongs to American nationality. Her full name is Amanda Michelle Seyfried, and she is the youngest daughter of Ann Seyfried and Jack Seyfried. She grew up in a middle-class family where her father was a pharmacist, and her mother used to work as an occupational therapist. Her older sister’s name is Jennifer Seyfried, and she is a musician.
Seyfried studied at William Allen High School in Allentown, and after her graduation, she joined Fordham University but soon dropped out to pursue her professional acting career.
